How to get your course, school, or organization accredited

Look at all of the below steps so you know the entire journey and are prepared every step of the way. You will need to submit an application and take an exam.

The application and exam will cover information attestations specific to you, your organization, and your course/program. They also will cover the IAA Standards and IAA Code of Ethics. 

Before you submit your materials, consider whether there are any improvements you can make to ensure your success. Is there a standard you are not reaching? Are there behaviors in the code of ethics you need to adopt? Each of us is always improving, so make any tweaks to your course before you apply!

Choose either 1) the application for online and hybrid courses;  2) the application for face-to-face courses; 3) the application for organizational accreditation. The applications are built like courses to give you clarity and guidance. You must pass the short quiz at the end of each lecture part of the application to receive accreditation. It is open book, so feel free to have any materials at your fingertips. Our goal is to get to know you and your course/program, as well as to make sure you abide by our standards and code of ethics. Oh, and relax; the quizzes are not timed.

You will know immediately if you pass the course. As soon as you pass, you will be given your downloadable certificate! If you do not pass the course and do not therefore receive accreditation, you can retake the course as often as you need to. (Hey we know some people have test anxiety; it's okay).  Our goal is your success! Retakes are $25 for each time.

You've got something to brag about! When you pass your exam, you receive your digital certificate and badge immediately. Let your clients and students know that your course is IAA accredited by sharing your downloaded certificate on your website and your badge on your social media bios.
